Background:

Emily is a solicitor in our commercial and residential property law department and advises clients on a wide variety of property matters including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property as well as advising on property elements of corporate transactions. Emily has wide experience in commercial leasing acting for both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases for office, retail and industrial space. She also advises private clients in relation to the sale and acquisition of residential properties including security.

Emily acts for an extensive range of clients including corporate bodies, property developers and private clients.
Prior to joining P.J. O’Driscoll & Sons LLP in 2021, Emily trained and qualified with one of Ireland’s leading commercial law firms based in Dublin.
