Background:

Justin trained with McCann Fitzgerald Solicitors in Dublin from 1986 to 1988 and practiced with that firm until moving to P.J.O’Driscoll & Sons LLP in 1990. He became a partner in 1998.

Justin heads up the Commercial Department and the Banking Department. He and his team advise on all areas of company law and corporate governance, on acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses. They act for banks including acting as panel solicitor for six leading national financial institutions. Justin and his team act for receivers and liquidators in all levels of restructuring and insolvency.
