Background

P.J. joined the firm in 1986 as an apprentice, qualified in 1988 before becoming a Partner in 1998. P.J. has broad experience in all areas of legal practice. He specialises in  litigation and dispute resolution. He has a wealth of experience in business disputes which are dealt with in the High Court and Commercial Court.

PJ adopts a pragmatic and common sense approach to such disputes with the sole focus of achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. Most of his cases regarding all forms of disputes, are resolved through negotiation or mediation. PJ leads a talented and experienced team in the Litigation Department of the firm.
